What do you love?

For many of us this question is weirdly, maddeningly hard to answer. We feel like we should know what we love (if not us, who?), and we feel a certain kind of shame when we don’t.

But that doesn’t stop people from asking it a hundred different ways, starting when we’re children:

“What do you want to be when you grow up?”
“What are you passionate about?”
“What are your goals this year?”
“Where do you see yourself in five years?”
“What do you want in life?” Etc. etc. etc.

Bliss Tracking

Bliss Tracking is a weekend for men to do the hard work of digging into this question—What do you truly love?

Through targeted inner work—including experiential exercises, guided meditation, outdoor play, and more—you will start to chisel away the layers that separate you from your deepest connection to the world.

The next Bliss Tracking weekend is coming up. Here are the details:

  • April 22–24, 2016 (Friday evening through Sunday afternoon)
  • Bellingham, Washington
  • $200, all lodging and food included

The great mythologist Joseph Campbell said,

Follow your bliss and don’t be afraid, and doors will open where you didn’t know they were going to be.

What would your life feel like if you knew clearly what you loved, pursued it, and brought it into your life?
